轻质型油泥的质地更为柔软，使得切削加工更为顺滑、细腻。
油泥的工作温度为55-60℃，相比标准型油泥加热时间短。
轻质型油泥与标准型油泥的颜色基本一致。
轻质型油泥为无硫产品，不含有害或刺激皮肤的成分并附有ACMI机构的AP标志。
